One of the most memorable experiences about fine dining is when you just book on the same day, no expectations, no waiting time, just walk in. Of course, not all restaurants has this kind of flexibilities unless you’re Brad Pitt.

Or George Clooney. Sometimes it’s even hard to find one nice restaurant in the CBD available on the friday . Waiting in line, playing games on the iPhone just doesn’t help the empty stomach. Especially for more than an hour. SAVE ME NOW!

Lucky me, I’ve manage to book GastroPark on the same day. Believe me not, I felt like I was Brat Pitt walking in ‘Like a Boss’.

So with no expectations, The food was on a ’8 out of 10′ high. Their entrees were their strongest point, but it could be me, being a sucker for entrees & starters. This is how the night went, waiter serves a Mojito, a few jabs in the head that got me slightly ‘dizzy’, a starter ‘kick’ blurred me with its misleading presentation… then the gnocchi, gave me the complete KNOCK OUT, recovering with a rich dessert. GastroPark wins!
